Shipping/Policies
All orders will be delivered between 3 to 7 Business Days (does not include processing time)

All orders to United States and Canada will be determined by its weight. You may find out the exact shipping charges by completing the checkout process on our website.
Paylesseb.com does not charge sales tax except for California shipping addresses. The current tax rate for CA residents is 8.25%.
We do not share you information with any third party. We do not sell, exchange and/or distribute your email address or personal data to anyone without your permission.
Return Merchandise Policy:
All TVs, DVD players, Printers, Fax Machines, and Home Theater Systems are not returnable.
All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork.
We will not accept a return if packaging is not in mint condition. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE IN A BLISTER PACK (PLASTIC PACKAGING) MUST BE RETURNED EVEN THOUGH IT HAS ALREADY BEEN OPENED!
All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item.
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise contact us at paylesseb.com, please put in the Subject: Return Department. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
If a return is authorized by our Return Department:
Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department.
Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 30 business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer's Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, contact us through email for instructions. Do not return items to us without Emailing us first to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
*Please note that when your payment goes though and the item has been shipped from our warehouse we are not responsable for that item. You MUST have an Authorization Number written on the box that our return department will give you. (You MUST have an Authorization Number to return any items that are returnable that you purchased from paylesseb.com.
