Pepin left Cuba in 1960, and without forgetting his roots, he settled down in South Florida where he began working as a chef for a local Marina. Soon after, he opened a distribution center of fast food and sandwiches for local restaurants in the area.

After attending gastronomy school and gaining invaluable knowledge and experience, Chef Pepin discovered that he not only had a vast array and still growing pool of personal recipes, but by combining his incredible sense of humor with the art of cooking, a magic seasoning was created and his TV career was launched in 1988.

Chef Pepin has had years of success in the kitchen and is now proud to introduce a line of appliances for you to bring into your own home.
